Acceptable use

Use Zynova Live respectfully. Do not harass, impersonate, scam, spam, threaten, or violate another person's privacy or rights. Do not attempt to bypass platform security, payments, moderation, or access controls.

Creator responsibilities

Creators must follow the Community Guidelines, respect viewer safety, and comply with live content rules. Creator approval, live permission, and private-call availability are controlled by the platform and may be limited or suspended.

Content and live streams

You are responsible for content you create or share. Zynova Live may remove content, end live sessions, restrict features, or suspend accounts when rules are violated or safety risks are found.

Coins, gifts, and payouts

Coins, gifts, creator earnings, and payout features may be limited, disabled, or unavailable depending on configuration and policy. Real-money purchase and payout features are not promised unless they are explicitly enabled in the app and supported by applicable rules. If Binance UID or payout destination information is collected, the creator is responsible for accuracy.

Service availability

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Governing law and legal review

Governing law, venue, liability limits, and dispute terms require legal review and should be finalized before production launch.
